Very very helpful people working here, top rated and absolutely charming place. Good sized and beautifully maintained room with kitchen, shower, as for instance, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety. Location close to the restaurant, Nanaimo and Victoria and shopping/stores. Perfectly pleasant overall experience.

Close to family event
Duvet cover did not have duvet inside although other family members had in their rooms. No extra blankets to compensate

The rooms were warm and great-sized with kitchen, a pull-out sofa, for instance, just what was needed. Every staff member was very helpful.

My room wasn't vacuumed, it looked to have confetti on the floor. The bathroom sinks had something weird on them and there was recyling sitting in the recycle bin when I entered the room(right beside the door) But I mentioned this right away and a cleaning lady did come in and make the room look perfect after the fact.

I had a great value for my money at Ramada in Duncan. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect, with shops and restaurants right across the street. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even when I needed to change my arrival time. It made for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.
The breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety.

Bed was nice and room was very clean!
I booked the room on the room pictures showing a walk in shower and a big tub with faucets on the side of the tub. False advertising?

The lights worked.
90% of prison facilities in the uk are a better place to stay. The fridge didn't work, or hot water, or tv, or phone,or wifi.

It is conveniently located to where I needed to be, and at $149.00, was the least expensive room I could find that I assumed would be of a good quality.
I felt that it was very overpriced for what it was. The room was outdated, with '80's wallpaper and old towels, and out of the way. It was dark and not pleasant to be in. While the place was clean, it was by no means a 'luxury king suite'. I found the bed to be very uncomfortable, which I would guess was due to its age. There were no luxuries or amenities of any kind that made any sense. In the bathroom, I found 1 tiny bar of soap, and 1 tiny bottle of some product. In the morning, while other residents of 'luxury suites' had newspapers attached to their doors, my suite did not. I was apprehensive about the parking situation as well. I would not stay at this Travelodge again.

The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. The in-house restaurant is a standout feature, serving delicious gluten-free options. The location is central and convenient, with shops and restaurants literally across the street. The staff are friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to provide excellent service. Basic amenities are provided, including rooms with kitchenettes or two beds. Plus, breakfast is included, adding to the overall value of the stay.
All aspects of this hotel were ok; nothing to complain about.
